Automation systems we build
We design control and mechanical systems that take a manual, repetitive process off someone's hands.
Automated sealing station
An upgrade for a sealing station that used to run open-loop — now it holds a steady seal temperature and only cycles when an operator asks it to.
No closed-loop heat control on the sealing head. Once switched on, it just kept running continuously — heat wasn't held steady, and the machine had no real "off" state during a shift.
PID-controlled heating holds the seal temperature steady. Operator places the product and presses a button — the head lowers, seals, and returns to its start position, then stops and waits for the next press.
